GoTab is a hospitality commerce platform powering restaurants, breweries, food halls, hotels, and entertainment venues across 39 U.S. states and Canada. Processing over $500M in GMV annually, their suite of contactless ordering, POS, kiosk, and payment solutions helps operators run leaner, more profitable businesses — while guests get a seamless, frictionless experience.
When GoTab first came to us, their website didn't reflect who they were becoming. Built on WordPress, it was slow, hard to scale, and visually inconsistent — a liability for a company rapidly expanding its product suite and eyeing new markets. Their brand lacked a cohesive visual language, and the site couldn't keep pace with their growth story.
We partnered directly with GoTab's CMO to lead a full strategic overhaul — migrating from WordPress to Webflow, redesigning the site architecture, and rebuilding their visual identity from the ground up. We preserved what mattered (their logo and core brand colours) while creating an entirely new visual language that felt credible, modern, and scalable.
Over a 3-year ongoing partnership, we've delivered multiple redesigns, improved mobile optimisation, site speed, and SEO performance — we built a full design system that their team can actually maintain and grow.
What started as an urgent need to migrate off WordPress became the foundation for GoTab's entire marketing engine. The rebuilt Webflow site didn't just look better — it gave their team the infrastructure to operate like an enterprise marketing department. A robust content architecture spanning news, press releases, blog posts, business case studies, and partner resources transformed the website from a static brochure into a living, breathing growth asset that compounds over time.
The rebrand played an equally critical role. With a refined visual language GoTab stepped into their Series A chapter looking — and feeling — like the category leader they were becoming. Investors, partners, and prospects all landed on a site that communicated scale, credibility, and momentum.
Three years on, the partnership continues. As GoTab pushes into new markets and product lines, the website evolves with them — a platform built not just for where they were, but for where they're going.
